A. Depending on the device you are using, you may be able to view the screen on the WEB browser on a TV, etc., but the recommended environment is to view the WEB browser on a smartphone, tablet, or PC.

If you wish to watch on TV, etc., please check that the video and audio of the sample video can be played normally on the sample video viewing page, and then consider purchasing a viewing ticket at your own discretion.
This service is not responsible for any problems that occur during viewing. Please note.

Although watching TV is not the recommended environment for this service, we would like to introduce an example of a general TV watching method.

Online Live Streaming Ticket

A. The online live stream ticket will not become sold out. However, the on sale period may differ depending on the ticket type. For details, please click, here.

A. Changes, cancellation or refunds will not be available after ticket purchase. Please also be aware that payment method cannot be changed after payment has been made.

A. Credit Card Payment and Convenience Store payment are available.
[LIVE TICKET] will be shown on transaction description.
Additional payment methods may be available at a later date.

A. If you have selected the Convenience Store Payment Method, a confirmation email (with a payment number) will be delivered from the domain [@liveship.tokyo] to the email address (A!-ID) you used to login at the ticket purchase page. Please check your Junk Mail or other folders in your email account as it may have been automatically moved from your inbox.
Additionally, you can retreive the payment number at My Page before the payment deadline.
If the payment number is not listed on My Page or if payment deadline has been exceeded, please complete the procedure for Convenience Store Payment again.

A. To change the payment convenience store chain for convenience store payment, select the ticket for which you want to change the payment destination from Ticket purchase information in My Page.
In the ticket purchase section, cancel Convenience Store Payment.
After canceling the convenience store payment, if you access the ticket purchase information in My Page again, the button "Reselect payment method" will appear.
Please use this button to complete the payment procedure again.
* It takes about 15 minutes to cancel the convenience store payment information.

A. If you have not yet made payment using the Convenience Store payment method, you can change the payment method to Credit Card Payment.
Please login and proceed to the My Page section. In the ticket purchase section, cancel Convenience Store Payment.
After canceling the convenience store payment, if you access the ticket purchase information in My Page again, the button "Reselect payment method" will appear.
Please use this button to complete the payment procedure again.
* It takes about 15 minutes to cancel the convenience store payment information.

A. If the deadline for payment has been exceeded, please login to My Page and complete the payment procedure again.

A. The payment completion email will be delivered from the domain [@liveship.tokyo] to the email address that is registered for ticket purchase. Please check your Junk Mail or other folders in your email account as it may have been automatically moved from your inbox.
If you did not receive the ticket purchase completion email, please check the purchase history in My Page. If the status on your purchase history shows you have purchased the ticket, you will not have any problem accessing to the show and rewatch. Please make sure your setting is able to received our email as we may send out updates of the show.

A. If you have received duplicate confirmation emails, you may have accidentally purchased duplicate tickets.

A. Each email address (A!-ID) can only purchase one ticket. Each individual would need to register their email address (A!-ID) to make a ticket purchase.

If you take it off, it may not live stream.

A.email address(A!-ID) is required to use LIVESHIP.
Please access LIVESHIP, log in with your email address(A!-ID), and register as a member.

A.A!-ID is a membership ID (free) that allows you to use numerous artist related services.

・If you have purchased goods from [A!SMART], your A!-ID is registered email address.
・If you do not have email address(A!-ID), you can obtain one during the LIVESHIP membership registration process.
・To check if your email address is already registered with A!-ID, click here.

The viewing page can be accessed from the ticket sales page for each performance and Ticket purchase information in My Page.

A.To login to the online live stream page, use the email address (A!-ID) and password registered for ticket purchase.

A.For a smooth online live stream, you will need a hi-speed and stable internet connection with a large data capacity. We highly recommend viewing the stream using a wired connection or Wi-Fi.
This online live streaming service will not be held responsible for any disruptions to the live stream due to the poor network connectivity of customers.

A.For each account, you can watch on 1 device only. If login on multiple devices using the same account were detected, only 1 device will remain logged in.

A.If you access after the show has been started, you will pick up from the point when you accessed and will not be able to watch the show from the beginning until the performance is over from rewatch.

A. As a general rule, screen recording / shooting / recording with cameras and smartphones, etc. is prohibited.
However, this is not the case if there is a separate guide for each performance.
You may be liable for legal liability if you reprint or share the video on SNS or video sites without permission for recording, shooting, or recording.

Chat / Social Tipping

A. Chat service can be used during live streaming.
However, depending on the performance, the chat function may not be available.
Please check the ticket sales page for details.

A. Nickname can be registered / changed in "Chat Settings" in "My Page".
Also, please note that you cannot register if emoji or machine-dependent characters are included.

A. You can hide it by clicking "Hide chat" at the bottom of the chat column (on smartphones, the "x" mark at the top of the chat column).
Also, if you display it in full screen, the chat will be hidden.

A. Social Tipping function is allows you to tip during a live viewing.
If you are using the Social Tipping function, please register your credit card payment information in "Payment Information" in "General Information" on My Page.
Please register your credit card payment information from the live viewing page "TIP" during live viewing.
* Social Tipping function cannot be used for rewatch .

A. You can use credit card.
If you are using the Social Tipping function, please register your credit card payment information in "Payment Information" in "General Information" on My Page.
Please register your credit card payment information from the live viewing page "TIP" during live viewing.
Also,payment methods may be added in the future.

A. You can not use that function. Chat / Social Tipping function can only be used for live viewing.

A. You cannot cancel the Social Tipping. If you use the Social Tipping function, please check that the amount is correct before using it.
Please note that multiple clicks may result in duplicate charges.

About Goods

A. Whether or not goods are sold depends on each live streaming.

A. Inventory is not secured at the time of adding to the cart.
Inventory will be secured when the order procedure is completed.
However, please note that if you use convenience store payment, inventory reservation will be reset after the payment deadline.
